The orders get processed instantly by our fulfilment partner Amazon, so the answer is no, it is not possible to change or amend your order once you place and pay for the orders.

If you want to change / amend any items that you ordered, you will need to create another order and make a return request for the initial order that you have placed, then as you receive the initial order send it back for refund – please note the delivery charges will not get refunded.

Due to the nature of the packing process by our fulfilment partner Amazon, the answer is no, you cannot change / amend delivery address once you place and pay for the order.

But under UK consumer protection regulations you have the right to return the goods for refund. Should you wish to return the items for refund (within 15 days of receiving the order) we will refund you the price for the items as we receive and process your return, please note the delivery charges will not get refunded.

All items must be returned unused in their original packaging. If you wish to return any items or whole order, please complete our online returns form or contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)20 7206 2515.

We are very sorry; you cannot return the item in person. All returns have to be processed (return request) and made (via parcel delivery services/ courier services) to the return address provided.

Please note if your purchase proves to be faulty then only a full refund or a replacement will be issued (including postage if applicable). This includes manufacturing defects or the item not working.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders received through our website within 1 working day of confirming your order which means your items should arrive in 3-5 working days. During busy periods this may take a little longer (all orders will be processed instantaneously by our fulfilment partner Amazon).

Please note if the order consists of more than one item, in most cases, the order gets split and more than one delivery will be made – this is due to warehouse /item’s location.

Orders are processed by our fulfilment partner Amazon and get delivered by Amazon partnered courier services which also include Royal Mail. Once your orders are shipped from warehouse you will be sent a dispatch email in most cases which will have an order tracking number.

Please note if the order consists of more than one item, in most cases, the order gets split and more than one delivery will be made – this is due to warehouse /item’s location. So, there is a possibility that you receive several dispatch emails for the same order.

All items ordered as one single order attract one delivery charge (even though the order gets split and delivered separately), regardless of how many items you have ordered. But if you place two or more separate orders (even on the same day) the delivery will be charged separately.

Please contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail at contact@giftsfromlondon.com explaining the damage and attaching a photo clearly showing the damaged item. They will organise a replacement to be delivered or issue a refund.

What you see in our website are the products and quantities currently available. If you need an item that is not displayed in our website or if you need an item in a large quantity then simply complete the contact us form. Please ensure you provide the following information; product name, price (if known) and the product code (SKU – if known). No, you can’t. but if you are paying by PayPal you can top up your PayPal account balance using two different cards and make the payment using the PayPal balance.

All our product prices are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). Therefore, the VAT is not included in your purchase.
